Dare County Board of Commissioners - Special Meeting- Buxton Beach Nourishmnet - Wednesday, February 11, 2026
The purpose of this meeting is to provide general information and answer questions from the community about the Buxton beach nourishment project that is scheduled to begin this summer. Several members of the Dare County Board of Commissioners and Dare County staff, including County Manager Bobby Outten and Assistant County Manager/Special Projects and Procurement Manager Dustin Peele, as well as representatives from the National Park Service, will be present.

Dare County Board of Commissioners Meeting- February 12th, 2026
The Dare County Board of Commissioners meeting (previously scheduled for Monday, February 2, 2026) has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 9 a.m.

Change in Interactive Video Link Location for Buxton
The location for the interactive video link in Buxton for the Board of Commissioners meetings scheduled for Thursday, February 12th, and Monday, March 2nd, 2026, will be moved from the Fessenden Center Annex to the Fessenden Center to accommodate Early Voting and the Primary Election.

North Carolina Coastal Counties Fisheries Coalition - March 4, 2026
To meet and discuss issues related to the fishing industry, and any other issues considered necessary and relevant. The previous CCFC Minutes will also be reviewed for approval.
