New accounts are to be set up by property owners only- no third parties.

  (Only long term tenants with a valid lease of at least 1 year are eligible)

  (The property owner must complete their portion before a tenant can do their portion)

• (Meter on/off or upgrade)

• Cancel Bank Drafting

• Leak Adjustment
