Tuesday, September 8, 2026 is lock day.  Your payment must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, September 7, 2026; otherwise your meter will be locked and your account will be charged a $50 non payment fee.

Once payment has been made, please call 252.475.5990 to have your meter turned  back on. Do not turn your meter on yourself.  This may result in a tamper fee.
