Information needed for the request form includes: 

• Book and Page Reference
• Number of pages
• Additional notes such as Grantor/Grantee name(s) and/or date of recording
• Requestor Information
• Payment (Credit/Debit)
• Mailing Address

Please provide your current mailing address, If it is different from your physical address. If your order is returned to us for a incorrect address, we will require you to send a self addressed stamped envelope for the second mailing attempt. 

We offer Express mail 1-2  day and  Priority mail 1-3 day delivery option this includes a tracking number for an additional fee. Choosing this option will ensure you receive your certified copies in a more timely manner. This option is only available in the continental United States.
