The Dare County Parks and Recreation Department is committed to providing quality parks and recreation facilities, programs and leisure opportunities for the people of Dare County. We offer a wide variety of affordable programs and activities for individuals and families to ensure there's something for everyone to enjoy!
Dare County Parks and Recreation programming is separated into three divisions to accommodate the county's unique geography: the Roanoke Island/Mainland Division in Manteo, the Northern Beach Division in Kill Devil Hills and the Hatteras Island Division in Buxton.
Pets are not permitted at Dare County facilities unless otherwise stated.
