This new collection of materials is oriented specifically toward people living with dementia. These eight unique Memory Care Kits are designed to trigger special memories of life experiences and encourage interaction between patients and caregivers.
Each kit contains a DVD, photo cards and activity cards. Each kit has a different theme, including Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, The 1950's, The 1960's, Outdoor Adventure, and Patriotic.
- A kit can be checked out for 3 weeks.
- Kits must be returned to a Dare County Library branch during business hours. Please do not return memory kits to book drops.
