Heading reads: Dare County Veterans Advisory Council & Outer Banks VFW Post 10950 Auxiliary invite you to participate in Wreaths of Honor.

Remember the fallen. Honor those who serve. Join us in our first annual Wreaths of Honor project as the Dare County Veterans Advisory Council along with Outer Banks VFW Post 10950 Auxiliary places wreaths on veteran’s graves in five cemeteries across Dare County on Saturday, December 6, 2025.

Through this project, Dare County residents and visitors have the opportunity to sponsor a veteran’s wreath in memory of a loved one who served in our armed forces, allowing us to designate a recipient among the millions of hundreds who rest in honored glory.

The Dare County Veterans Advisory Council are also seeking volunteers to assist with wreath pickup and placement within cemeteries throughout Dare County on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
