Pam Kaiser, Senior Community Health Technician for the Dare County Department of Health & Human Services, 20-year pin. (Presented by In-Home Aide Health Professional Danielle Stine).

Gloria Jay, Administrative Technician for the Dare County Department of Health & Human Service, 10-year pin. (Presented by Senior Administrative Officer Clif Ragland).
