Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle. 25000 block of NC 12 Hwy, Rodanthe. Wallet reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Financial Card Fraud. 1000 block of E R Daniels Road, Wanchese. After losing their wallet the victim had approximately $4,000 taken from their bank account as part of a State Employees Credit Union phone scam. Under investigation.

Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. 600 block of Colington Drive, Colington. Contractor took a down payment and never completed the work. Under investigation.

Identity Theft. 50000 block of Buccaneer Drive, Frisco. Victim reported someone is using their identity while sending soliciting emails. Under investigation.

Identity Theft. 53000 block of Lester Farrow Road, Frisco. Victim reported several credit cards opened with their identity with over $13,000 in charges. Under investigation.

Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle. 27000 block of Blue Whale Lane, Salvo. $700 cash stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. 900 Block of Burnside Road, Roanoke Island. Suspect stole money and lumber as part of a theft scam. Upon further investigation a suspect was identified and charged with the crime.
