October 2025 Dare County Service Pin Recipients
Seven Dare County employees were recognized with a service pin presentation during the Dare County Board of Commissioners meeting that was held at 9 a.m. on Monday, October 6, 2025.
Spencer Gregory, Dare County Public Services Director, received his 25-year pin from Deputy County Manager/Dare County Department of Health & Human Services Director Sheila Davies.
Karen Patton, Social Worker II for the Dare County Department of Health & Human Services’ Social Services Division, received her 25-year pin from Senior Social Worker Supervisor Beth Bradley.
JT Slaughter, Distribution Field Supervisor for the Dare County Water Department, received his 20-year pin from Dare County Public Utility Director Jessica King.
Angie Hooper, Administrative Technician for Dare County Public Works, received her 20-year pin from Public Works Director Shanna Fullmer.
Alex Conn, Dare County EMS Lieutenant, received her 10-year pin from Dare County EMS Director Chief Jennie Collins.
Jennifer Branch, Senior Sales Analyst for the Dare County Tax Department, received her 10-year pin from County Assessor Hosea Wilson.
Hosea Wilson, County Assessor, received his 10-year pin from Dare County Manager Bobby Outten.
