Four Dare County employees were recognized with a service pin presentation during the Dare County Board of Commissioners meeting that was held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Kim Holder, Water Treatment Plant Operator - Skyco, received her 20-year pin from Dare County Water Treatment Plant Supervisor Andy Dunton.

Beth Bradley, Senior Social Worker Supervisor for the Dare County Department of Health & Human Services, received her 15-year pin from Dare County Department of Health & Human Services Social Services Division Director Chuck Lycett.

Shannon Foltz, Social Worker IV for the Dare County Department of Health & Human Services’ Social Services Division, received her 15-year pin from Dare County Department of Health & Human Services Senior Social Worker Supervisor Sally Laws.

Noah Gillam, Dare County Planning Director, received his 10-year pin from Assistant County Manager Dustin Peele.
