Comfort Cardio

Comfort Cardio is a way of breathing, walking and moving the body how you can with what energy you have, with intention to ease the pressure of life.  Based on an ancient Chinese non-martial art, Bagua-Chigong, walking in a perfect eight-foot-circle, causes our body energy to cycle in the direction we walk, clockwise and counter-clock-wise. The intentional movements combined with a specific breathing practice, increase circulation of fresh blood, oxygen, and nutrients that massage our internal organs, relieve pressure in joints, relaxes and tones muscles, increases motor skills, and calms the mind. The eight-foot-circle is etched onto our Therapeutic Mat, and gives you tactile feedback through the feet while walking.
