Yoga

Class Length: 1 hour

Instructor: Aubrey Remige

This class is a traditional hatha yoga class designed to increase flexibility and draw the attention inward.  The class can be as gentle or as challenging as you care to make it and the poses will include deep muscle stretches, strength exercises, standing exercises, seated and lying floor stretches, and balance exercises. Often movements will flow from standing to seated to prone postures throughout the class, participants will need to be able to get down to the floor and back up to standing comfortably.
