DARE TO CARE: VASCULAR SCREENINGS

Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 with appointments from 5pm to 8pm at the Baum Senior Center

Screenings for Cardiovascular disease involving a non-invasive ultrasound of the carotid arteries in the neck and the aorta in the abdomen, with evaluation of the circulation in your legs.

• If you are age 60 or over—or if you are age 50 or over and have risk factors such as

smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure or high cholesterol—you’re eligible.

• Free and offered throughout Dare County, including the Baum Senior Center.
