Class Length: 1 hour 15 minutes

This class is a higher intensity version of the popular Senior Strength class with the inclusion of Interval Training. The first twenty minutes consists of light weight training followed by 40 minutes of higher intensity interval dance aerobics, the class ends with 15 minutes of floor core exercises and stretching. This class is perfect for anyone interested in aerobics at higher intensity levels.
