Class Length: 1 hour 15 minutes

This class combines all of your favorite aspects of fitness and puts them together into one solid workout! The first twenty minutes consists of light weight training followed by 40 minutes of classic aerobics, then class ends with 15 minutes of floor core exercises and stretching. This class is perfect for beginners with no prior aerobic experience but also provides opportunity for more experienced participants to work at higher intensity levels.
