Purpose: 
To review and consider the following resolution for approval in relation to the Series 2025B Limited Obligation Bonds:

Resolution of the Board of Directors of Dare County Public Facilities Corporation Authorizing the Execution, Delivery and Sale of Limited Obligation Bonds in an Aggregate Principal Amount not to Exceed $47,000,000 pursuant to an Installment Financing Contract Between Dare County Public Facilities Corporation and the County of Dare, North Carolina; Approving the Form and Substance and Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Instruments Necessary to Carry out the Financing

The Corporation will also review and approve minutes of the previous meeting and any and all other matters as may be considered necessary and relevant.
