PURPOSE: The Trustees will meet to review and discuss plan performance pertaining to the OPEB and LEOSSA Irrevocable Trusts established for OPEB (Retiree Health) and LEOSSA (Law Enforcement Officers’ Special Separation Allowance) and any and all matters as may be considered necessary and relevant. They will also approve the previous OPEB and LEOSSA minutes.
